As a thrift store selling pre-owned and vintage items, we do not offer refunds on orders. All purchases are considered final.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, minor imperfections, colour variations, or normal signs of wear associated with pre-owned clothing.

Please carefully review all product photographs, descriptions, measurements, and details before placing your order.

In the rare case of a verified major undisclosed defect, please contact us with a continuous, unedited unboxing video. Any resolution will be subject to verification and approval by our team.
