As a thrift store selling pre-owned and vintage items, we do not offer returns or refunds on orders. All purchases are considered final.
We strongly recommend carefully reviewing all product photographs, descriptions, measurements, and details before placing your order.
UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED
For any exchange claim, a continuous and unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package from the moment it is opened and the item is inspected.
Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to process an exchange request.
MAJOR UNDISCLOSED DEFECTS
If you receive an item with a major defect that was not disclosed or visible in the product listing, please contact us with your unboxing video as soon as possible.
If the issue is verified, we may offer an exchange for another available item within the same price range.
Please note that minor colour variations or slight differences in colour may occur due to photography, lighting, camera settings, or screen displays. Such variations will not be considered defects.
Minor signs of wear, fading, ageing, or imperfections that are visible in the product photographs or are expected with pre-owned clothing are also not eligible for exchange.
